.because of this issue work lo mistakes chesthunna....Manager gadu pilchi class peekadu ninna.....sarigga vinu ani

e samasya ki solution enti....meelo evaraina ila feel ayyar....

symptoms:

Doesn't appear to be listening

easily distracted

Doesn't pay attention and makes careless mistakes

Often loses things

Practice bhayya, keep your brain engaged. If you write a lot on paper, shift to laptop scribe.

Drive lo vunnappudu try to be on a call or speak to someone. Don’t think in virtual world, think in real world. 

Its good to be distracted in real world rather than virtual
