You don't have to be judgemental or smart. Just be a friend.

You don't have to be practical and tell them the facts. Just feed them some words which give hope.

If you can't be nice then just keep quiet.

How is your sleep cycle ? 

How many hours do you normally sleep and what is the quality of the sleep ? 

Try to record your sleep cycle using APPS on appstore or playstore

Do you ?snoar in your sleep ? Have your friends complained about your snoaring

Sleep Apnea vunatu vundi...

Do you feel drowsy during the day...? especially between 11am-3pm ?

Download sleep cycle apps, like SnoreRX and use those apps to record your sleep...

analyse the results and if you find out that you are snoring quite often even in lower levels, You need to get sleep test done.

Don't ignore such things.

First and foremost, Try not to sleep once you come back from office. This is a killer.

You seem to be sleeping well 8 hours but the quality of sleep is what it matters, not how many hours you sleep.

Not nessasarily snoring....

But try to record your sleep and do an analysis...note down your weight, your food habits, amount of rice consumed per week etc.

I too had that problem...focus and concentration thagaayi from 2years anipinchindi...but now I am back

psychiatric Problem kaadu anukuntunna...go to internist(general physician)....tell him/her what you are going through...may be they will order some tests...if required vaale psychiatrist ni suggest chesthaaru

In my case it was critical vitamin deficiencies since I do not eat properly...injections and prescribed medicine icharu...after 4 months I am back to normal
