Dragon Springs, also known as Dragon Springs Buddhist Inc., which is located in Orange County, New York. It covers 427 acres and spans two towns: Deerpark 397 acres and Mount Hope 30 acres. It is one of Falungong's important properties in the United States.

How can they enforce any building codes when they set a precedent with Dragon Springs that you can build and do anything you want, even violating specific approved permits, with no repercussions?

As for the Dragon Springs proposal for a 40-acre solar array, the project engineer did not attend the meeting, although the project was on the agenda. Questions linger about where transmission lines would be located, as residents oppose using Galley Hill Road.
