Please I Need advice's & suggestions

oka 200 sqyds lo  independent home construction start cheddham anukuttunna , 

But i've been told that location gonna soon have IT Establishments in 2-3 years so I was thinking if i can make any returns in rental 

Also if someone could share info about good & best lenders for personal loan in US that will help with my planning . Thank you.

Kollur is a good area man...kokapet and other sub-ur  sare now densely populated/will be densely populated but Millie is mainly independent homes....it could be the next hi-fi zone in Hyd...

ooh Kollur...got it bro..and one more question bro..naku india lo evaru telsina vallu leru..hyderabad lo..maa parents ki real estate peddaga telvadu..

ikkada nundi properties konali ante..evarini approach avvali..ela avvali..

its easy if you want to buy in hmda approved layouts.  1st decide one area and do some research on tht area.  2nd search for good developer ventures in that area. finally some 2-3 final chesuko and vatiki cousins , frinds evaro okarini velli chudamanu hows the area and connectivity n layout. 3rd ok anukunte transfer some 20-30% amount and they will give you agreement docs. if not, directly registration pettuko. POA (power of attorney) ivvu parents or cousins ki. ne name meda registration chestaru. 

note: only buy the plot in hmda approved layout which have LP number
