Valid Until 09/15/2019 ani undi current i-94/797 doc lo. Does it count september 15th also as valid or will it expired on 14th. So extension LCA lo 09/15 start date ani istara or 09/16th?

yes, you current i94 valid till 9/15. still new LCA will be taken from 9/15/2019 to 9/14/2022

No annadu oka friend. LCA eppudu file chestaro appati date(1 week future date) istarata as starting date, not 6 months future date. LCA lo start date eppati nundi untado H1 kooda ade effective date to 3 years ala istaru. 

H1 extension 6 months mundu same client tho file chesinavallu cheppandi. Employer ni kooda aduguta.

Yes, you can apply for LCA 183 days in advance. Today March 13, you can apply for LCA  for Sep 14, 2019 to Sep 13, 2022.

you can apply before 6 months with new LCA starting date in 6mths. Idi pakka lock karo nenu recent ga chesa.
