YSRCP offers free movie tickets in Tirupati
 

YSRCP has chosen a different way to promote their party this time! There are allegations that YSRCP is giving free movie tickets to the voters.

 

Chandragiri constituency returning officer and sub-collector of Tirupati Mahesh Kumar asked owners of movie theatres across the constituency to stop allowing bulk ticket bookings.

 

He also instructed them to set up CCTV cameras at the ticket counters. The returning officer held a meeting with owners of all movie theatres across the constituency on Thursday at his chambers in Tirupati.

 

The RO said that many complaints were lodged with the Election Commission against theatres where bulk bookings are done.

 

The political parties are influencing voters by getting them to theatres in vehicles and paying for the tickets. “Any such vehicles will be seized,” RO warned.
