AP's entire problem now lies with its egoistic leader. 

Even TG had so many issues with Karnataka and Maharastra...water sharing problems and dams, but KCR has been bit successful in resolving them. Now, Karnataka and Maharastra nundi downstream krishna ki additional water release ayitundi, ae tribunal ledu, ae law ledu, pure govt to government agreements valla idi possible ayindi...

Why can't CBN do a similar thing with TG and Orissa ? ae antha balupa ? ego addostunda ? rastra prayojanalu ani evadanna rastranni takattu pedatada ?

TDP is now very bad to AP. It needs top to bottom change so that the attitude as well as working environment changes and relations improve.

Also get Letters from all other regional parties first who are with CBN now. Saying they do not have any issues with giving special status to AP

Polavaram is national project, what is hindering the prospect of polavaram ? State government is only an implementing Polavaram for which the funds are sponsored by central government. CBN wants to use it as a election tool, centrally sponsored schemes and projects have a mode of operation and Polavaram is exactly following the same procedure. There is nothing wrong with Polavaram, the only problem is that the project is not progressing as per CBN's wishes but other than that, there is no issue with Polavaram. Rehab package ichinaru, aina kuda CBN could not even convince the neighburing states and get them into agreement, now whose lapse is this ? central government  or state ?
