April 11th tarvata kuda election code kuda vuntadi kani relaxed cose vuntadi...regular administration will continue and cheif Secretary will over look the administration...however CM will still be the care taker and EC has to be notified of all the regular developments, promotions and appointments as usual suspension lo vuntayi, government staff movement mida restrictions vuntayi...law and order kuda EC chetilo ne vuntadi
