Organization chart lo employees names e untay kada normally. Contractor names pettaru few companies lo org chart lo. Migitavi i will tell him to collect  

did u get an email from client saying that we do not provide letters to contractors as per our policy

Nope. I worked for security clearance project . He told we cant involve with h1b that too on call.  LinkedIn recommendation aey they told they are not authorized to write.
