I used to have insomnia. Cut caffeine past 3 pm if possible. 

Work out. Don’t take high sugars evening-time.

got to bed by 10 pm. Don’t carry your mobile to bed.

you can try melatonin gummies too

Sleep apnea undachu, do u feel soar throat when u wake up. There are multiple reasons for sleep apnea. Weight ekkuava unna situation untundi, nee throat chinnadi undachu. Disturbed sleep untundi, enni hours padukunna fresh ga anipinchadu.

Surgeries work avavu. CPAP and dental appliances try cheyochu. Andariki work avavu, but most people it helps. You have to try it for more than 3 months to help.  Best thing is loose weight. Bed loki mobile or ipad thisukunipoku. Padukovadaniki 1hr munde tv or laptop or mobile chuddam avoid cheyi. Coffee 4pm taruvatha ban cheyi. Reduce ur caffeine intake also.

melatonin first lo work avuthundi but taruvatha nee as u r getting it from outside nee brain produce cheyadam thaggisthundi. so u have to keep taking it. So better to avoid those. One example is my friend use to take nyquil thisukuntunde, first lo baga work ayindi, one  year taruvatha work avaledu.
