First time, whenever you find a health anomaly, you get freaked out and ask others about that problem. That's what you did. After a year, it is a new normal. Cholesterol medication has some side effects, though, which you can feel it every day. When you are on cholesterol meds, avoid lamb, beef, milk, yogurt. Basically, reduce fat intake; otherwise, these meds don't work out. Docs say "eat fish". Eat vegetables, not mullangi, potatoes. Steam veggies. Reduce carbs too. For statins (choles meds) to work, you need to reduce ur fat in take. Otherwise, they don't work. Yes, do lots of aerobic exercises. Walking 10K steps a day good. Start hiking trails and babes. Garikapati gave some exercises: chaata oopadam, jalleda oopadam, rotilo rubbadam. ilaantivi manchi exercises. Ask your doc about fish pills, and their effectiveness. This helps, good suggestions....physical activity e mdhyane start chesanu.....light ga legs pain vastunnayi, shall I decrease the activity a bit or body alavatu padipotada to that 10k steps..... If you are on cholesterol medication, you feel 'pain', this is a side effect of pills, not your exercise. Try switching your exercise time and the time you take that pill. Take the pill in the morning, and exercise in the evening or the other way around. 10k is easy peasy, amounting to 4 miles. Usually you can walk 3 to 3.5 miles per hour without any issues, unless you've been a lazy bum. Even if you are a lazy bum, after a week, you will be fine. reddyeee
Walk/Exercise in the morning which is way more effective than evening. Cardio/Aerobics results are not permanent. Meeru eppudu cardio aapeste malli appudu same issue start avutundhi. Start 20 to 30 mins weight training and limit cardio to 30 mins per day and work out for 4 to 5 days a week. Try to replace your extra eating (junk) with nuts, seeds, complex carbs. Fat tinte fat perugutundhi anedhi not completely true. Unsaturated fats are very good for health. Saturated fats or excess carbs/protein/sugars will be stored as fat in body. last thing, don’t over do anything (either exercise or limiting food). ala cheste you will give up fast. anduke peddollu slow and steady wins the race annaremo.

AndhraneedSCS
LDL is directly related to your Fat intake from diet and high LDL doesn't be an issue by itself. you have to calculate the "Remnant" Cholesterol and then worry about it if it is too high. Total - (LDL + HDL) is called Remnant Cholesterol.
