If you are on cholesterol medication, you feel 'pain', this is a side effect of pills, not your exercise. Try switching your exercise time and the time you take that pill. Take the pill in the morning, and exercise in the evening or the other way around.

10k is easy peasy, amounting to 4 miles. Usually you can walk 3 to 3.5 miles per hour without any issues, unless you've been a lazy bum.  Even if you are a lazy bum, after a week, you will be fine. 

Flak Seed (powder), Heavy Garlic, Curry leaves (powder), Peanut butter, Avacado Oil for cooking will help certain extent ani naa yokka idi.

Try to replace your extra eating (junk) with nuts, seeds, complex carbs. 

Fat tinte fat perugutundhi anedhi not completely true. Unsaturated fats are very good for health. Saturated fats or excess carbs/protein/sugars will be stored as fat in body.

last thing, don’t over do anything (either exercise or limiting food). ala cheste you will give up fast. anduke peddollu slow and steady wins the race annaremo.

10K per day is too much 

Nothing to worry..try to run 3 to 5 miles per day. Stop Indian breakfast and eat oats..max reduce rice and stop refined oils..try to use olive or ghee..nenu cross fit chesa 5 months and reduced a lot...

LDL is directly related to your Fat intake from diet and high LDL doesn't be an issue by itself. 

 

you have to calculate the "Remnant" Cholesterol and then worry about it if it is too high. 

 

Total - (LDL + HDL) is called Remnant Cholesterol.
