anta baga unte manchi de man, kani teda vaste lakhs of people will be gone, already 2-3 times goranga land kungi poyindi..though I don't side with this guy but his fears need to be addressed scientifically

mutiple barrages idea makes sense as it is low risk with more or less same dividends with of-course cost escalation and change of design

 

so far three gorges triggered  3000 earth quakes, god knows when the hell is gonna break loose, also the Chinese are couple of decades ahead of us in planning/execution and use of advanced equipment/technology.
