This girl should introduce one of her girl friends to her bf, so that he won't feel betrayed.

IKR, the conversation is going to be like "idigoney veedey aa bakara, veedini tagulukunte nuvvu kuda na laaga edigipothaavu" :D

Post that link, va. We can give her some suggestions.

My advice: she should move onsite, and stay away from her bf.  Then start seeing a psychiatrist due to stress. Cut off the relationship

Workplace dating happens in Indian circles and mostly in India. We've seen those dancing-at-workplace videos with co-workers, right?

Maybe, it's the movies that are misleading people?

Dating at workplace doesn't work in the West. Clients don’t object to dating at workplaces in the West but it is the 2 people who mess up things - one ego issue and one of them ends up leaving the client. It may work if the 2 people work in different departments or buildings.

first of all isnt it against the HR policy to date/marry someone you report to. its conflict of interest.

He he... not in India. After marriage, they won't be in the same team though - there is no concept of dating in India.

Marriage - I heard marriage within the company is encouraged as it would mean they won't leave the company , only need to pay for one employee insurance , loyalty etc...- this is few years back, not sure now.
