No once a day, Chest ki 2 exercises , back ki 2 ( Bent over barbell rows or Deadlifts and Lat pulldowns )

Dinner ki 5 boiled eggs ok, em kadu

Ashwagandha  to reduce metabolic stress which improves Testosterone levels. Walmart lo untadi 7.88 ankunta

Fish oil to reduce recovery time for fatigue muscles .
