gym 1 hr

eat dinner 1 hr before sleep

watch tv after dinner for 1 hr

all 1 hr's correct ga cheste all seth@)

but yeah that helps in getting sleep not only for gals..but boys too.

eat protein in the day time and avoid rice at night

go for a walk in the evening

Sleep eppati nunchi sarigga ledu? Root cause telsukondi. 

Work pressures? Any personal disturbance or health issue ?

Hmm nijame. I guess screen ki addicted. Night 11:30 12daaka edho oka chetha choostha untanu. I walk/jog everyday around 8:30 pm and skip rice evening time. I get extremely sleepy around 10:30 kaani padukonu edho oka series choostha unta
