Land dealings anni parallel economy i.e cash based and very difficult to enforce, prebuilt constructions are already transparent and some builders are not accepting cash anymore

Agricultural lands ki government by law 7x times pay cheyali.

urban la market and market close untayi and usually city municipalities are to open to negotiations. 

government cannot take over any private property with out a benefit to public in general like a road, air port etc and it won’t fly in court if it is otherwise.

Market dictates the government rate and not the other-way round and it is the basic economics. The property tax is effed in India and that’s why you don’t see property assessments every year like in developed countries and also property tax is a mere 0.001% compared to 1-4% here in the US. Hence Indian cities are dependent upon taxes generated from buying/selling than property taxes..if they enforce that rule Indian cities will become another africa like as the income they generate is not even sufficient for employees pay roll let alone any development or repairs

In my opinion Demonetization  is one of the main reasons  what is driving the reality like never seen before, people are now afraid to put money in banks or in their mattress hence buying lands seem logical to them. The problem with indian administrators is the effing half backed policies like demonetization(good in thought process but very bad in implementation)

yeah... govt handover anedi.. US lo laaga Land prices government decide chesi transparent ga unchatam so that realtors dont augment the stuff at their will...
