thats the trend in last 3+ yrs. take some risk and buy at low price  and definitely it will go up by 10-15% by completion.

get it checked with known attorney to avoid any risks.

mari neeku antha takkuva ga enduku istharu...risk undi kani calculated risk teeskovali....

earlier builders used to take loan and finish first phase of work and put it the market. Now, the trend is to sell the property to 10-15% of customers and get the money for construction. no loan required.

win-win for both builder and customer...but some risk is involved. check the builders history for last 2-3 yrs..how many he handled

attorney review is must for above scenario.

Some of then them - HUDA approval ki munde sell chesthunaru...

some are following...

na suggestion aithe known builder aa 50% risk undadho....alani near by sites chadali ..evi ayina litications unnaya ani...ground work important..india lo evaru ayina parallel ga chusthe-will be lot easier.
