Works in brisk pace at Medical Devices Park in Sangareddy

Some industries are slated to start production in a few months at the new industrial park in Sangareddy district

Sangareddy: The works pertaining to the raising civil structures in as many as 10 industries are going on at the brisk pace at the Medical Devices Park, Sultanpur, Ameenpur Mandal in Sangareddy district. A few industrial units, in fact, are expected to go into production within a few months.

Aimed at providing an ecosystem for medical technology, innovation and manufacturing in Telangana State, the government set up the Medical Devices Park at Sultanpur. The Telangana State Industrial and Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) acquired 552 acre of land. Then IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao inaugurated the Park on June 17, 2017. While 186 acre of land was allotted to Medical Device Industries, 127 acre was allotted to general industries and 50 acres to Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) Ladies Organisation to help the women start their own business. The rest of the land was used for roads and developing other infrastructure facilities at the industrial park.

Speaking to Telangana Today, Zonal Manager, TSIIC, S Kalavathi said works on 10 industrial units, including 5 medical, one general and four women-run industries, had already been grounded. Stating that they had been provided the entire infrastructure needed at the Industrial Park, the Zonal Manager said that a couple of industries will start production within a few months as the raising of the civil structures was nearing completion.

On September 1, Ministers Etela Rajendar and C Malla Reddy will perform Bhumi puja for another industry, Sahajanad Medical Technologies. The state-of-the-art southern regional manufacturing campus of Sahajanad will be going to be the largest stent manufacturing facility in Asia. Since Sahajanand Medical Technologies was allotted 20 acre of land at Medical Devices Park, it would also be the biggest industry at Sulthanpur Industrial Park.

Kalavathi said that so far, they had completed the process of issuing permission for 22 Medical Devices Industries, 81 general industries and 18 women-run industries at the park. However, she said that 10 industries had started their work and the rest will ground the work very soon. There was still land bank available for 50 Medical Devices Industries, 8 women-run industries and two general industries at the park. The entire industrial park is expected to provide direct employment to 11,000 people besides creating thousands of jobs indirectly.

ఆదిబట్ల: గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్‌కు మణిహారమైన ఔటర్ రింగ్‌రోడ్డు కేంద్రంగా నిర్మితమవుతున్న లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కుల్లో ఒకటి అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చింది. వస్తువుల ఎగుమతి, దిగుమతులకు అనుకూలంగా ఉన్న ఔటర్ చుట్టూ లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కులను ఏర్పాటుచేయడం ద్వారా హైదరాబాద్‌లో ట్రాఫిక్ సమస్యలను నివారించాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. దీనిలో భాగంగా నాగార్జునసాగర్, విజయవాడ హైవేల్లో రెండు లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కుల నిర్మాణ పనులను హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో డెవలప్‌మెంట్ అథారిటీ (హెచ్‌ఎండీఏ) మొదలుపెట్టింది. పబ్లిక్, ప్రైవేట్ భాగస్వామ్య (పీపీపీ) పద్ధతిలో బాటసింగారంలో రూ.35 కోట్లతో 40 ఎకరాల్లో చేపట్టిన లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కు పనులు దాదాపు 70 శాతం పూర్తయ్యాయి. ప్రస్తుతం అక్కడ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేటివ్ బిల్డింగ్, గోదాం నిర్మాణపనులు జరుగుతుండగా.. మంగళ్‌పల్లిలో రూ.20 కోట్లతో 22 ఎకరాల్లో నిర్మించిన లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కు సకల సదుపాయాలతో అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చింది. ఫేజ్-1 కింద ఇటీవల అక్కడ సరుకు రవాణా కార్యకలాపాలు ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. లక్ష టన్నుల సరుకులను నిల్వచేసేలా 1.20 లక్షల చదరపు అడుగుల విస్తీర్ణంలో ఆధునిక సౌకర్యాలతో నిర్మించిన భారీ గోదాము వారం క్రితమే అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చింది. ఎండాకాలంలో వేడిమిని తట్టుకుని చల్లదనాన్ని ఇచ్చేలా ఈ గోదాములో ఇన్సులేషన్‌ను ఏర్పాటుచేశారు.మంగళ్‌పల్లి లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కులో 250 ట్రక్కుల పార్కింగ్‌కు వీలుకల్పించాల్సి ఉండగా ఇప్పటికే 200 ట్రక్కులను నిలిపేందుకు ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తిచేశారు. ఒకేసారి వందమంది డ్రైవర్లు విశ్రాంతి తీసుకునేందుకు నాలుగు విశాలమైన గదులను నిర్మించడంతోపాటు బెడ్‌లు, టాయిలెట్లు, బాత్‌రూంలు, సామన్లను భద్రపర్చుకునేందుకు లాకర్లు ఏర్పాటుచేశారు. అంతేకాకుండా అక్కడ కమర్షియల్ కాంప్ల్లెక్స్, ఆటోమొబైల్ సెంటర్, వాహన పరీక్షా కేంద్రం, రెస్టారెంట్, హోటల్, దాబాలు, దవాఖాన లాంటి సకల సౌకర్యాలను కల్పించారు. ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ వేబ్రిడ్జితోపాటు ట్రాన్స్‌పోర్టు కార్యాలయ సేవలను కూడా అందుబాటులో ఉంచారు. ఇక్కడ పెట్రోల్ బంకు ఏర్పాటుకు అనుమతులు లభించడంతో త్వరలో దానిని ఏర్పాటుచేసేందుకు అధికారులు చర్యలు చేపడుతున్నారు. 

 

ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం నియోజకవర్గంలోని రెండు లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కుల సేవలు అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత 5 వేలమందికి ఉద్యోగ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు లభిస్తాయి. ఈ లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కులతో నియోజకవర్గానికి ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు వస్తుంది. మంగళ్‌పల్లి లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కు పనులు పూర్తయ్యాయి. రాష్ట్రంలోనే మోడల్ లాజిస్టిక్ పార్కుగా తీర్చిదిద్దిన దీన్ని త్వరలోనే ప్రారంభించేందుకు కృషిచేస్తున్నాం. - మంచిరెడ్డి కిషన్‌రెడ్డి, ఎమ్మెల్యే అన్‌కాన్ లాజిస్టిక్ హబ్ నిర్మాణ పనులన్నీ పూర్తిచేశాం. ఆధునిక వసతులతో భారీ గోదాము అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చింది. డ్రైవర్లు విశ్రాంతి తీసుకునేందుకు వసతులు సమకూర్చడంతోపాటు రెస్టారెంట్, దవాఖాన, ట్రాన్స్‌పోర్టు, షాపింగ్ కాంప్లెక్స్ తదితర భవనాలను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చాం. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ హబ్‌లో ఫేజ్-1 ద్వారా లాజిస్టిక్ సేవలు అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చాయి. 2020 జనవరి నాటికి పూర్తిస్థాయిలో సేవలందించాలని కృతనిశ్చయంతో ఉన్నాం. -
