good Question,  They are advanced but not that advanced to go far. 

when they visited our galaxy and their galaxy was near to ours so they came.  Its far now since galaxies do rotate and run in circular path(just like earth rotating with Sun)  They might visit when these 2 galaxies near again

I don't know why you're contradicting a well established scientific theory without any base to it. Interbreeding happened in the past. Mutations happen and you see some in fossils and you can't see some in fossils. Besides, macroevolution can be a culmination of a variety of microevolutions.
