I do this too, it's called 30-60s. 

I do this on alternate days, 30 seconds of Sprint at 10 speed followed by 60 seconds of run at 5. Repeat 8 sets

You Sprint for 30 seconds followed by a steady run of 60 seconds, then a 30 second sprint. Do this 8 times.

I don't run more than 30 min raaja, right now only running 30 minutes at 10 minutes for each mile so 3 miles running. Thinking of increasing it to 5 anthey

This is true bro... naku same problems.. I kinda did one punch man work out. for more than 3 months...Sleep problems were pertinent to the running

Winter lo when I dont play I do these things called suicides or shuttles... basically run full speed from end to the other and jog back... its like doing HIIT .. I do that until I cant do them anymore...

cool ... needhi kodiga rigorous  hiit anukunta ...  nenu 3 months vellanu antahga rigorius ga unavu maku ... jumping jacks weight movig tire lifting ala  enka konni untayi 30 secs ala kani running ledhu
