McConnell is busy with other things including judicial nominations - The list of objectors to UC on Durbin's amendment is growing. (At least 5 now) And Durbin will object to the bill without his amendment. - Lee and IV are preparing for some big gathering in DC in March to push for s386. Specifics are unclear yet. - More groups are hiring lobbyists against s386 including Men's Soccoer League, a diverse group of lawyers (they are fundraising right now)..
