when I was in india, I used to live in a penkutillu with my family in a huge plot of 1 acre.. my friend asked me if he can construct a hotel in my plot and what the amount is for lease.. I told him he can build for free because he is my bff.. then his father is cunning, they made us sign papers and changed the agreement.. now the 1 acre land went into their name.. I felt cheated and went to their home at midnight and challenged them that within 10 yrs I will become richer than them and came to US..
