And also only a brain dead morno nwill compare it with gc quota. GC quota simpley says no country can have more than 7% of gc's issued. There is no discrimination based on race or religion. I think its actually very broad minded as in those days most immigrants will come from Britain or western europe. They deliverately restricted their own people for diversity. Exactly Quote

Illegal immigrants who came to the US as kids were given citizenship on grounds that they didn't have a choice. Religious persecution can also be grounds for granting citizenship to refugees. So, this case is not similar to the country cap that Indians are fighting about, because they don't live in the US, they won't have an issue of serious threat to their lives. It's more similar to DACA because those kids lived in this country while their parents came as illegal immigrants. You can argue why only DACA kids were given citizenship but not kids of legal immigrants, but that's how the policy is. Quote

Once again typical indian ignorance and hubris. and the worst is that Indian always uses ignorance to justify oppression, abuse and injustice. PATHETIC. how do you people sleep at night. And you think you have been taught all good things. Quote

Meowalpha Posted December 12, 2019 Report Posted December 12, 2019 I don't see this particular case as discrimination or violation of the Constitution because it's in the preview of the central government who they allow into the country. It's not against the rights of the citizens. Besides, India was never secular in the past and never is secular. Quote
