Nope it does not .... It gives peace of mind .... 

My short term goals as they are reached decide the long term goal outcome.... so its dynamic change....

Depends upon what PROFESSION offers me at that point of time ... 

Currently in  my mind ... Want to try for some grants and If possible become some faculty..... 

Thats the idea but who knows if I feel something else is better at that point of time... I might choose totally different ....
