Different but they relate more. Some one from Kurnool and Mahaboob Nagar easily relate to the dialects. In fact the castes and religions are also very similar in both these regions. Reddys, Vysyas, Gouds, Muslims..

Reality: ap financial status is in deep $hit. Burification ainappudu 1.5lak crores appu undey ippudu 3.2 anukunta. Stare cant afford building it from scratch

I would agree with Job opportunity part. Its same or better than Amaravathi in that aspect though. Connectivity would improve over the time. 90s lo IT boom vachi jobs vachinnappu, connectivity sarigga leni rojulalo (appatiki inka golden quadrilateral kuda build kaani rojulalo), people from uttarandhra still used to go to Hyd, Banglore or Chennai for jobs. Eventually, National highways upgrade avvadam, no of trains peragadam valla travel became just a one night event between these places.

Yep. AP is basically doomed. Most of the youth will keep migrating to Hyd or Bangalore for jobs. Good days for Hyderabad. I have a feeling Hyderabad will grow rapidly for the next 20 to 30 years. It will end us a the biggest metro area in Southern India.

Those cities like Hyd and Bangalore had the IT revolution job advantage. Until a new industry like IT starts and it chooses Vizag as the next destination it's hard for Vizag to grow rapidly and offer new jobs for people to move there.. Look at tier III cities in US like Pittsburgh. They are basically stagnant. Any new industry will go to NYC, SFO, Seattle, Atlanta or Dallas why would they pick Pittsburgh?

I think because of stagnation between 2009-2015, when all other cities expanded rapidly. Hyderabad lagged but that lag gave a kick start for rapid expansion which we are experiencing presently...

Availability of Land, location, no language barrier and food habits, opportunities, growth, cosmo culture etc will make Hyderabad an ever growing city for another 20-30 years.
 

Instead of South Indian city, I would say ‘Gateway to South’ because of its geographical location. Bangalore and Chennai will soon be left behind, at the most by 2030. The pride of Deccan..
