exactly kaka ..good one. its completely our choice , grass is always greener other side. Alwys Be smart and be financial smart leave the worrisome . we all can buy cars houses and we all can sell it back too and you still can make profit if buy used one by not paying premium prices..there is no problem in it. Having bank balance dont solve problems as well. your 100k in your bank is worth 10k after years.

I see mostly desi ppl go with unnecessary home upgrades. paying extra money to east facing and band new range rovers after 3 yrs depreciation is almost 60% of the car value ..
