ala ravali ante em cheyali bro 

I can do that vaadu shooting time madyalo workout chestunnattu  nenu work place lo jump rope anni vadochu, like every 2 hrs ki 15 min workout cheyochu separate room vundii maak just oka rendu dumbells n oka kettlebell + jump rope set cheste chaal 

even the moment I step out of kitchen in my company we have basketball hoop
