Vallendhi... I also belong to telangana and also to andhra. Kaaleshwaram is an ego maniacal investment costing 73000 per acre annually. Avi adagaddha. While I am ok giving farmers something - this is not great achievement or anything. It is simply enjoying the revenues of cyberabad and using it for egoistic plans.

Again its fine if something good is happening with farmers (though i have my doubts) but nothing great about this.

ok. I'm on Andhra team here. 100%. 

I'm only worried what KCR is going to do when the rivers run dry, which it will if someone undertakes kaleswaram like canal projects.

godavari will not run dry..the godavari that originates in maharastra almosy ends before reaching TG as MH contructed too many projects, triveni sangama is where it begins again..abutting dense forests..that is why 2000-3000TMC is going waste into the sea. Godavari is one of the few rivers that remains hope for telugu states and will not run dry in next 100 years
