in case passport is expring within one year, better to get new passport and apply for H1 extn.

mine is okay - ead extension applied. my wife ppt expires in 2022 i think.. so appatidhaake vastundhi anukunta ayithe instead of 2023.

but if pp expiry falls within one year ...bisket chances are more...
