Guess Indonesian nationals unnaru they might have been carrying since they say it takes around 2 weeks to notice the symptoms also screening wasn't much strict in India at Airports till first week of march and they happened to walked in and over a period of time being at event infected others...

Building inside Video chusa India today lo chuste andharu pakka pakkane unnaru...No wonder all have been tested positive.
