Also, there won’t be surge in the death numbers this early with the lockdown in India taking place as soon as some 100 +ve patients were confirmed..  the community spread process is delayed. Given the covid incubation period we won’t see numbers right now

In Telangana too, I think 2nd death case was detected after the patient died. 
 

A man in 50’s admitted to the hospital with severe fever and swabs were taken and sent to labs for testing and was hospitalized overnight, but woke up dead even before the test results came. 
 

Ide patient hospital ki rakapothey ie death report ayi vundedi kuda kadu...now, the whole family is quarantined and two of the family members are tested positive. 
 

Such things happen in India and it’s no surprise, clear case of under reporting by not detecting.
