Not necessarily. Your tax amount may decrease but the overall tax amount wont. 

If you live in a state with state tax, atleast 25-30% will go in taxes, which is about 50K-60K (in a overall salary of 200K): SSN Tax: 7%, State Tax: 6% and remaining federal (there will be insurance and other things as well )

Not true at all, we lived together for ~5 years before we got married, after getting married taxes are lower than before. Expenses are slightly lower, insurance is lower and taxes are even lower. That's why you should get married.

True, saving only 20k if your salary is 120k is a crime. Maybe you can make adjustments to increase your savings.
