i hope this is a joke lol ... he single handedly solved malaria issue in Africa ... ofcourse they sell the vaccines to the people who can afford them I dont see anything wrong with it  , to others that cant afford they give it away for free or for a subsidized price ... he gave away more than 50 billion to charitable causes ... generally criticize cheyochu kaani , this is not the topic to criticize him abt , I dont think he's trying to get anything out of it .....
