After getting hit pretty bad i made sure i follow the below principles:

1.No bio/pharma stocks

2.No china stocks

3.No penny stocks

why do you invest in all these unknown companies, penny stocks, china companies and some unknown bio/pharma companies..

 Stick to industry leaders, buy when the market is low and stay steady.. Worst case scenario just buy a S&P 500 index fund and hold...
