i think balayya and Chiru are at least friends. .  balayya attend chiru elder daughter marriage function.

Balayya himself said Chiranjeevi is the closest to him in Industry and both sit to gether if they happen to go a common party/gathering/Function..

 

One thing is Balayya is usually not active in MAA activities that could be one reason he was not informed if it did happen..MAA guys should have given invite.

No one might have encouraged the budding artists like Chiru did, eg., Brahmi, Lawrence 

Sreekanth, Raviteja, Sunil, etc, too close to Chiru and move like brothers. . . inkevvadu kuda aa nature undademo. .
