but India lo ante...TC 130K untadi...whcih includes Stocks , Annual Bonus and Joining bonus..

They pay at least 150K base pay for L6 positions in amazon in US, on top of it RSU's and sign on bonus additional. So could be true then.

Simple logic.

india lo software engineers ikkadi software engs tho equal ga pani chestharu. Kaani salary convert chesukuntey chaala diff untadi.

same alagey us lo chinna/mid size companies lo pani chesey vallu fang(plus few startups) lo pani chesey vallu same amount of work. Kaani salary diff untadi.  Okka 3-6 months manadi kaadu anukoni leet code/ds meedha padithey salary double doable.

My brother in law was offered 70L C2C by Amazon Hyd last year. He turned it down, he is currently making almost the same in Google Hyd now. He is a full stack Java architect with 10 years of experience in US and 8 years of experience in India.  Now mostly doing project management, design and architecture in Google.

TCs unnai a range lo ne...but they are assuming thats their actual salary which is not guaranteed apart from Base Salary only...

Joining Bonus only first year ke istaru....

Stocks grants ichinavi one time ke. (3 year or quarterly vesting untadi)..

a tarvata chetiki vachedi only Base + Annual Perf Bonus ante...  which is far from reality TC which they post....

Directors and Managers ki guaranteed stock options and salary levels match avutai.
