nuvvu chese work ki related ga undedi choose chesukovali , also it helps if your team or any teams you know are working on that tech in your company , in that way you can learn the tech and ask for a chance to prove yourself , naa old company lo lot of people moved to different techs , here is what most of them followed :

  • Work well in your current job to gain good rep
  • learn  new technology enough to do regular work
  • start asking for more responsibility ( pick some work from other team members or other teams )
  • prove you are good enough in that tech stack
  • switch to working on that tech stack
  • ask for a formal change in designation after sometime

typically seen people move around to a new tech stack in less than 6 months and then a change of designation even after 1 year

ivi anni kadu ani fake pette vallu untaru , I don't like faking so each to their own
