This is how Bigg Boss is scripted.. 

The show projects the contestants for the week in bad way or good way, according to their needs. This is in the hands of editors of the Bigg Boss.. That is why it is scripted.. Viewers vote on what is shown.. This week they projected Avinash in very bad way throughout the week.. They could project couple of laughs also, but if they edited any bad temper and couple of heated fights with Ariyana, he would have been saved. They wanted Avinash out, so, there it is. They didn't show whether he was kicked by Monal during the task itself.. It was in Bigg Boss Editors hands, but they didn't show it. No one could have survived this week's negative publicity on Avinash by Bigg Boss editors.

Every week there are so many instances this has happened to strong contestants like Divi, Amma, Kumar Sai , etc

They tried to get rid of Abhi also for long time, but he survived because if his PR campaign.
