City develop avvali ante Water kavali. Either it should already have water or it should get water from somwhere.

No matter which place you choose without port based development we cannot differentiate from other places . 

Software companies will not come to amaravathi no matter how much you develop it because it's not a growing industry anymore and the weather is terrible . 

Andhra's strength is long coast and vast resources of landbank  , agriculture . Unna strength no use chesukokunda still going back to old ways is not good

Vizag has polavaram ,  not a problem at all . Chennai city ki 450km lo unna Srisailam lo unna water pothundhi 

Andhra can divert water from Krishna , Godavari to any part of the state if needed at cheap cost . Anantapur kaina , nellore kaina , even to Srikakulam if needed.

Don't bring water argument , it applies for only unplanned city

Government has 40k acres land that's 35% more than chandigarh , would be enough space for lifetime of an administrative city .

Connectivity argument is right but it should be extremely easy to acquire land because most of it is arid . It would be considerably cheaper to build roads / railway lines to that area
