I think @MOD23 has only moderation privileges and he is asking the person(Sai) who has privileges to approve new id approval requests to exercise caution before approving certain id name with mod names or other unacceptable(to the DB owners and moderators) id names.

People just create some craze/impermissible/offensive id names and post crap and its an unnecessary additional hectic moderation job for moderators.
