Senate did not confirm a supreme court nominee during obama time saying they will do after elections. now they have to backtrack their own stance.

thats just an empty threat. it will backfire since republicans will also do the same(when they are in power) and it will not be a wise move. also will lose lot of votes if they are careless. i dont see it happening.

see what roberts is doing now?  he voted against republicans many times this year.

whomever trump nominates , they group will reallign to have 4 votes on the left and 4 votes on the right with one throwing the deadlock vote. they will try to be center leaning on most cases. so relax. supreme court cant be politically inclined.
