I'm becoming anxious when I'm around people even with family. Isolated ga undali anipistondi. Last 2-3 months ga ne idi start ayindi. Nenu afdb lo register avadaniki kuda main reason ide to stay distracted whenever I feel this way. Maybe this is what is called anxiety I am not sure. People are being judgmental for everything I do ane feeling vostondi. 

Planning to take Himalaya's ashwagandha supplement pills for stress relief to see if it works as I think my condition is still mild.
