did you apply or know anyone who submitted consulate BC and got approved without additional affidavits etc?

Yeah, I attended a webinar related to this visa bulletin yesterday, attorney outrightly said birth certificate from Indian embassy is not admissible.

i would differ on this ..

i stand on the stance that USSCIS accepts consulate birth certificate ... as it was accepted for 2 of my frnds very recently ..

oka chinna sarada pandem ... if USSCIS do not accept it i retire my id ...

I am wondering if you open for the challenge ...

risk emuntundi mastaru...uscis vadu consulate BC liking cheyakapote RFE vestadu for secondary evidence...appudu NABC and affidavits pampinchatame...leda consulate BC accept cheste anta fine...

Maa attorney inka em docs kavalo mention cheyyaledu kaani after doing some research online, Non-availability certificate (NABC) along with affidavits from parents will suffice. Evarikaina hyd lo brokers telusa who can help me in getting the certificate soon by expediting the process ?
