Bros, what I read in one of the requirements document is, birth certificate which is issued after one year of the birth date cannot be used. Not sure if this is correct or not. But this was mentioned. So instead of getting birth certificatd now, get non availability certificate and an affidavit from parents (notarized). If parents lekapothe get it from relative who is elder than you.

parents and relatives lekapothe or cheyanu ante em cheyali...

bhayyas ... don't break ur heads ...

go to consulate they will give birth certificates ...

getting birth certificate from india is expensive (50k-75k Rs), exhaustive, time consuming ( may take 2-6 months) ...

consulate gives in a day ...

good luck ..

@godfather03

If the applicant has no living relatives that witnessed their birth, a self-attested affidavit detailing their knowledge of the facts of their birth may be accepted.

What is process bro ?

go to consulate with passport, H!b i797 and local id ( drivers license) ...

go as early as possible ... as more traffic is expected becoz of the recent move of dates ..

go 90-120 minutes before consulate opens (pack lunch) ... as they give tokens ... and have to wait rest of the day ...

good luck
