But this was mentioned. So instead of getting birth certificatd now, get non availability certificate and an affidavit from parents (notarized). If parents lekapothe get it from relative who is elder than you.

If the applicant has no living relatives that witnessed their birth, a self-attested affidavit detailing their knowledge of the facts of their birth may be accepted.

affidavits tesukovali from parents and one from close relative. secondary evidence kuda submit cheyochu like school marks list etc but affidavit is important. mee attorney kuda kannuko.

go to consulate with passport, H!b i797 and local id ( drivers license) ...

go as early as possible ... as more traffic is expected becoz of the recent move of dates ..

go 90-120 minutes before consulate opens (pack lunch) ... as they give tokens ... and have to wait rest of the day ...
