ఒక‌సారి ప‌రిహారం తీసుకున్నాక గ్రామాల‌ను ఖాళీ చేయాల్సిందే అని హైకోర్టు తేల్చి చెప్పింది. ప‌రిహారం తీసుకున్న త‌ర్వాత కూడా గ్రామాల‌ను ఖాళీ చేసేది లేద‌ని భీష్మించుకుని కూర్చుంటే అర్థ‌మేంట‌ని ప్ర‌శ్నించింది

government value decide government kaka...and more over, 5 crore per acre vunna market value, government value entha difference vuntadi ? stamp duty ae rate ki  kadtav ? court la emani prove chesthav ?

court la vadanalu vinipichinapudu, market value estimate cheyadaniki usually independent assessors report produce chestaru...usually bank's asesse chesetollu, auditors etc degari nundi report submit chesukuntaru to prove the actual market value by litigants..

chinna logic...if its that easy to take back lands, hyderabad ring road suttu batch andari cases iyala courts lo ne vuntunde kada...

27-30 lakhs grade-1 compensation ichinaru Shamshabad airport batch ki...ipudu adi 1 crore per acre ayindi...tooch, maa land maaki kavali ante istara ?

ankul...mee daivam AD as per election affidavit in 2004, only 6 acres ae anta kada..

adi endi thatha muthata nundi ani cheptunaru...
