My guess if consulates open in Jan and start CP then kiss good  to major spillovers from Eb4, eb5 and eb1. I am guessing 2012 Oct to December for FAD in EB3. 
 

If consulates are closed down for CP then 2013 July to October FAD is possible for EB3.

Nenu vaadi numbers justify cheyatledu. Naa calculations prakaram if there was no downporting, 2015 was achievable for EB3 if consulates are closed for CP for FY2021.

Concurrent filing kada. They can get EAD even before I140 approval.
