They arent eligible to write entrances only kada? Management quota is only option. But IITs has no management quota. JEE ki untayi so can buy a seat there.

i am getting mixed online points. Not clear what is true. 

IITs are foremost choice among NRIs and International candidates.
Many Overseas alumni of IITs want their kids to study in the same institute they did.

Exams Open for Foreign Nationals:

JEE
IIT JAM
GATE

There are following available options for NON Indian Students:

1. Admission through Cultural exchange programme
2. Admission through self finance
3. Under MoU
4. Casual students

Eligibility Criteria:

Except from clearing the entrance exam, they need to clear exams like TOEFL, GRE.
