All 4 countries population put together, Uttar Pradesh will have bigger population and perhaps, a growing one.

Japan, UK, Germany...clear examples for first world countries and who have been on complete saturation. Like the saying, Nothing left to build when everything has been built. Economies where tax payers pay for pensions of senior citizens.
